Bio

Chris Jiron is a certified personal trainer with years of experience in strength and agility training. Chris has trained professional athletes and now works with physical therapy doctors to rehabilitate pre- and post-surgery patients as well as those with chronic back pain. He specializes in correctional exercises, rehabilitative exercises, nutrition and motivation.

Chris previously worked as a physical therapy coordinator in outpatient orthopedic and pediatric settings. He earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Hunter College and William Paterson University with a minor in kinesiology. Chris also has his A-level national coaching license for youth soccer and has coached at the U-12, U-12 and U-17 levels.
