Bio

A Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Dr. Noce has been a pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery for nearly 20 years. In addition to specializing in complex spine and minimally invasive treatments for a broad range of spine issues – including spinal stenosis, disc disease, degenerative spinal disorders, spinal tumors, and congenital spinal issues – he is leading the industry by instructing other surgeons on these techniques. Dr. Noce also focuses on failed spine surgery syndrome, bringing relief to patients who have new or persistent pain after spinal surgery. Dr. Noce completed advanced fellowship training in spine surgery at Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Noce was the owner of the first multispecialty, integrated medical facility in upstate New York. Most recently, he was a key member of the neurosurgical practice at Summit Medical Group.

Dr. Noce is known for providing healthcare leadership through clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. He advocates for his patients, ensuring they understand all of their treatment options. He is passionate about providing optimal treatments in the least invasive way possible, giving his patients the give of rapid recovery.

Dr. Noce is a graduate of the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York where attended medical school and completed his neurosurgery residency. There, he worked with leaders in the field of cranial and spine surgery, setting him on his path as an early adopter of minimally invasive techniques.

He is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society and American Medical Association.
