Dr. Welsh combines the latest in evidence-based medicine, interventional techniques and interdisciplinary care to treat a wide range of chronic and acute pain – and improve quality of life for his patients.
He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed his residency in anesthesiology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University. Dr. Welsh also completed subspecialty training in pain management at Stanford University, where he was elected Chief Fellow. He is a diplomat of The American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in pain management.
